Join the Youth Group for an afternoon of outdoor trick -or – treating!

Please fill out the following form so that we can plan for the event. Let us know if you will be bringing a Trunk, Table or running a Game.

We will be providing a teal pumpkin and non-food treats for you to pass out alongside your candy.
